Curious No. 1 Booze-Free Cocktails

Wasn't sure a booze-free negroni could actually taste bitter enough, but this one nails that pomegranate bite without any alcohol. The rhodiola is a nice touch too, I actually felt a little lift instead of just sleepy.

I've been swapping this in for my evening drink and the rhodiola actually seems to take the edge off instead of making me sleepy like regular booze does. The pomegranate keeps it from tasting flat, and it's bitter enough that I don't feel like I'm drinking juice.

The bitterness hits just like a real Negroni Sbagliato, which I honestly didn't expect from something without alcohol. I've been drinking these on Friday nights when I still want the ritual but not the next-day fog, and the rhodiola gives a nice little lift.
